The micro testing machine Inspekt Micro LC 100N is Hegewald & Peschke’s successful attempt to scale down a classic testing machine in all its complexity, including accessories, to miniature range.
It can be used for tensile, pressure, bending or alternating load tests on micro components and specimens. The machine was especially designed for the smallest specimens. An efficient electro-dynamic drive also allows for life endurance tests at a frequency of up to 50 Hz. A camera system records the behaviour of the specimen. The images can then be assigned to load, extension and time values.
If required, it is also possible to use the machine for direct extension measurement on the specimen. For this purpose you can purchase a non-touching laser-speckle extensometer. The machine is designed for the determination of material and life endurance characteristics of different micro specimens, such as electronic components, components in medical technology, or micro mechanical products.
