End of November a fully automated test bench for pressure and bending tests of insulating materials for a renowned manufacturer of insulating material started up.

The system consists of an universal testing machine Inspekt table 5 kN, a linear- feeding with sample magazine, a measurement station and a balancing device. Depending on the dimension of samples, up to 30 tests per hour can be realised fully automated.

The control of the whole system and the data interpretation of tests will be done by the Software Labmaster with optional module Automatic.

With the design of a new generation of furniture testing systems we were able to meet the high requirements of the LGA QualiTest GmbH Nürnberg concerning functionality of furniture testing technology.

Therefore we have been charged with the delivery of furniture testing stands for their new testing laboratory in Shanghai. This new engineering design of multi test stands allows the operator to simultaneously test different pieces of furniture in one test cycle.

The test quantity is therefore significantly increased. A specially integrated calibration function makes high precision and repeating accuracy possible during the complete test running at a high number of cycles. Support for the testing machine is provided by our agency in China which also supports our already delivered testing systems in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

The supplied electro-mechanical Force-Reference Standard Measurement Machine of Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. shall extend the metering capacity up to 600 kN and improve the handling, throughput time and traceability of calibrations.

Due to the design layout as four-pillar machine sloping tension can be precluded as far as possible. The representation of the force impact is independently of the absolute accuracy with a deviation of 0.02 % of the set force value.

In April 2006 the micro testing machine Inspekt micro LC 100 N was presented at the Fraunhofer-Institut IWMH. This testing machine was developed for the static and dynamic examination of micro samples and - construction units. With the testing machine Inspekt micro test loads up to 100 N with frequencies up to 10 cycles per second can be applied.

The tests will be recorded over the video system and will be time-synchronously assigned to the mechanical values . The extension measurement is made contactlessly by laser Speckle measurement. Optionally a air conditioning system for the samples will be offered.

In March 2006 the company Hegewald & Peschke Ltd installed a 100 kN material testing system for research and teachings to the HTL Andorf.

The universal testing machine Inspekt 100kN is equipped with two inspection rooms, a temperature chamber and a video extensometer. This testing machine is supplemented by a Vickers Brinell Rockwell universal hardness tester Hpuniversal 250.

Hegewald & Peschke Ltd developed a brand new series of hydraulic universal testing machines .
This testing machines of type series Inspekt H will be offered with a capacity from 500kN up to 1000 kN. Two test benches allows you to realise tension-, pressure- and bending-tests without changing of fixture tools. The hydraulic universal testing machine Inspekt-H is equipped by default with mechanical or hydraulic wedge clamping fixtures.
In addition with our powerful material testing software Labmaster the universal testing machines of series Inspekt H are an ideal solution for routine testing laboratories of the metalworking industry.
