Successful conclusion of the composite project high definition deformation

Together with the Fraunhofer Institute for machine tools and conversion technology (development of this technology) and the company Roth & Rau AG (development of Vacuum- and temperating technology) from Wüstenbrand, Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. has developed (development of a deformation machine) a system for hot pressing of microstructures.

With a 4-spindle testing machine a force of 600 kN can be applied. High definition depth-control systems guarantee a highly precise reforming process

This project was promoted by EFRE-funds of the EU and with funds from the Saxony State (P-Nr.6608).

Quick assistance for Buderus Edelstahlwerke AG in Wetzlar

For the Buderus high-grade steel works AG in Wetzlar we supplied in September 2003 a 400 kN material testing machine.

Due to the loss of a testing machine in practice fast assistance was necessary. Only one week passed between placing of order and supply.

new representations in Scandinavia, Greek and Hong Kong

Our international distribution network of Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. could continue to enlarge.
The company JK LAB Instrument AB, Stockholm represents our company in Sweden und Finland.
The Greek market will be represented by G.Gousoulis & Co.O.E. from Athens.
Together with the company Earth Products China Limited from Hong Kong, Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. will process the Chinese market. The company Earth Products China Limited is present with eight own offices in diferent cities of china.

extension of our hardness tester assortment by Wolpert-hardness testers

In July 2003 cooperation between Wolpert Ltd. from Troisdorf and the Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. was concerted. Thereby we were able to extend the hardness tester assortment for Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. much more.
With the established Wolpert universal testing machines Digi-Testor 751/930 as well as the Vickers-small charge hardness testers HV 30 and HV 50 we now cover the total area of the hardness testing technology.

new automatically micro hardness testing systems HP-mikromat 1/2 and HP-vimat 30/50

Based of the high-capacity hardness testing systems Leica and Wolpert, Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. has developed a family of automatically micro- and small charge hardness testing systems. There are three basis devices for the testing scales HV 0,001- HV 2, HV 0,3- HV 30 and also HV 1- HV 50 available.
These systems will be supplemented by motor-driven X-Y-cross tables, CCD-cameras, frame grabber and powerful software.
For fully automated operations, the hardness testers can be equipped with auto focus and image processing software to measure hardness impressions independently.

delivery of a furniture testing laboratory for the LGA in Hong Kong

For the LGA Nürnberg outpost Hong Kong a furniture testing laboratory was delivered.
The equipment of this testing laboratory comprises test plants for testing of seating furniture (seat, backrest and armrest) and tables.
The test plants are controlled by a redundant control unit based of a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 with touch panel and integrated pressure-proportional-valve. They are remote-maintainable via teleservice and allow an automatically testing.

fair Control 2003 in Sinsheim was successful

Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. was present in may 2003 on the fair Control, for the first time with all ERNST-hardness testers. On an area of 56 m² we presented beside our traditional product series of universal testing machines Inspekt the new inspekt blue by the first time.

Other news has been the fully automatically micro hardness testing system HP-mikromat and also the hardness tester HDT-900. This one allows calculation of hardness downs without destruction of the samples after the load penetration depth process.

expertise partner of the Leica Bensheim company for micro-hardness testers

By the expertise partnership with Leica we are able to increase our offering range with micro-hardness testers.

There are two base devices with a scale of HV 0,001- HV 2 new in our assortment. These devices are featured by outstanding optical characteristics and fully automated load changing.

new portable hardness tester: Esatest Handy

The device is equipped with a special penetrator consisting of semiconductor material (diamond with an ionised surface). Hardness testing is effected during the raising of the testing force by indirect penetration-downs-measurement (patented measurement principle).
With only one testing the hardness value of all testing force levels can be read.
The rawness of the sample surface has only a small influence of the measurement inaccuracy.
An optical measurement of the downs is not required.

delivery of a materials testing laboratory to the university of Pristina / Kosovo

The laboratory is component of the central materials testing laboratory for Kosovo. It was build with EU-subsidies.
The whole project coordination was provided by the Institutes for Metallkunde on the TU Bergacademy Freiberg.

new universal testing machine-series: inspekt

These two-spindle-shaped machines will be offered in the load range of 5kN up to 20 kN and are featured by an outstanding well price-efficiency ratio.

Of course, all testing tools and clamping devices of the approved inspekt –series and our materials testing software can be used with the new testing machine series to.
