A common DKD laboratory with the company Wohl & Partner Ltd. in Schalkau was foundet!

Since November 2004 Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. in co-operation with the company Wohl & Partner can offer DKD-calibrations services.
The calibration laboratory received the permission from the PTB Braunschweig for the DKD calibration of universal testing machines up to 500 kN.
The company Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. extends the offer at testing und maintenance services considerably with this DKD calibration service. An extension of the DKD permission about the range of hardness testing sets is planned.

Development of a long way strain gauge for plastic testing

The Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. presents the long way strain gauge elongmess 900. This mechanical stretch receiver has a measurement displacement of 900 mm and can be used in connection with the test equipment rows Inspekt mini and inspekt . Main field of application for the elongmess 900 are primarily plastics with high stretches.

Service base for Hessen and Franconia

Together with the partner company Wohl & Partner Ltd. a service-and applicationcenter from Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. in Schalkau (Coburg) was established.

In the application laboratory the material inspection technique of the company Hegewald & Peschke Ltd can be demonstrated and sample measurements at customer samples be accomplished. Thus above all the support of the customers within the range testing of materials is arranged more efficient.

Update of a Instron material testing machine in the Czech republic

The Czech company Fermet Kladno (formerly Poldi-Hütte Kladno) decided during the re-equipment of the mechanical-technological test laboratory for a modernization of the existing 250 kN Instron test equipment type 1196. The update permits the standard investigational procedure according to DIN EN 10002 and is supplementable with further soft- and hardware components.

LGA Hongkong ordered furniture testing technology at Hegewald & Peschke Ltd.

For the development of testing capacities in the field of furniture testing we´ve got the requirement to deliver testing technology for the LGA Hong Kong. This order includes various devices for the testing of chairs, desks, containers, drawers and other furniture.
The core of our testing equipment is a newly developed, complex controlling unit.

This controlling unit enables the user to control easyly all test rigs from one workstation by visualisation.

Argillon Redwitz

In June 2004 a universal testing machine 600 kN was delivered to the company Argillon Ltd. Redwitz for strength tests by high voltage insulators. The electromechanical course- pressure testing machine in 4-columns construction has a work space for maximum insulator lengths up to 2200mm with a test stroke of 800 mm.
The lower cross beam table is height adjustable by a motor. For this reason high voltage insulators of a different size can be examined fast and effectively without a change over of the test equipment .
In addition the test equipments of this type are applicable for the examination of construction unit structures and machine elements.

Fair Control 04 in Sinsheim

For the Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. the prominent fair for industrial measuring technique control in Sinsheim was very successful. A large number of visitors and customers on the exhibition booth showed their high interest in the material testing devices of the company from Saxonia. Among other things universal testing machines and hardness testing sets for the metal range were shown.

Cooperation with Trilociga Ltd. Düsseldorf

Trilogica (Dortmund), Ceast (Dortmund) and Hegewald & Peschke MPT (Nossen) closed a selling alliance within the range of the polymer examination. Whether thermal, rheologic, electrical or mechanical questions - for almost all tasks of a modern plastic -, rubber or color laboratories solutions from one hand can be offered. Everyone of the enterprises involved brings in its experience and authority. The customer service is completely accomplished over Trilogica. Because all three partners have their own groups of construction and software as well as manufacturing plants, customer-oriented solutions and also topic-spreading solutions are possible.

Common house fair with the company Hommel tool trade Ltd. & Co. KG

23.-25.03. 2004 located at the company headquarters of Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. a strongly considered regional house fair took place together with the trading firm Hommel Ltd. & Co. Kg from Viernheim. The company Hommel demonstrated that predominantly from the automobile and mechanical engineering to coming guests most modern surface measurement technology . The material testing program of the Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. contributed to this successful house fair.

Supply of high temperature testing equipment for the Dillinger Hütte AG

A warm course system consisting of a testing machine Inspekt 250 kN and two high temperature furnaces was supplied to the Dillinger Hütte AG. The entire system handling was adapted in close co-operation with the co-workers of the Dillinger Hütte AG to the needs of the laboratory enterprise. The machine is appropriate also for the metal traction test at ambient temperature

Greek noodle manufacturer buys a testing machine from Hegewald & Peschke Ltd.

Our Greek representation Gousoulis could to sell the first testing machine from Hegewald & Peschke Ltd. this month.
