Crankshafts Test Bench

The hardness test bench was conceived for the Rockwell hardness test at automobile crankshafts. An adjustable hardness probe makes the examination for the crankshaft possible over its entire length.

Fully automated system for hardness measurement of Euro coins

To the order of a manufacturer of coin blanks we developed this system for fully automated one-indentation hardness measurement.

We successfully designed a sophisticated handling system for blank feeding and accepted/rejected sorting as well as a control and evaluation software.

Used hardness testers as good as new ones

A used Brinell hardness tester was generally overhauled by us and equipped with modern evaluation electronics and video technology.
