Impact testing machines
Hegewald & Peschke Meß- und Prüftechnik GmbH offers a large variety of impact testing machines with energy ranges between 15 Joule and 450 Joule. The devices are designed in such a way, which makes the exchange of hammer edge, bearings and swing hammers quick and easy at any time.
The impact testing machines of Hegewald & Peschke GmbH allow for beam impact tests according to Charpy, and impact strength tests according to Izod. This includes test according to the standards DIN EN 10045, DIN 50115, ISO 83, ISO 148 and ASTM-E 23.
As required, customers can digitally and steplessly choose the energy of the impact testing device in the range between 20 % and 100 % of the nominal value. Another advantage of devices from Hegewald & Peschke GmbH specimens are centred automatically. Additionally, the impact testing machines have an automatic lifting device and brake. This simplifies the work of the operator.
The test results are displayed on a four-digit digital display and they can be transmitted to a PC, if necessary. With the help of the special evaluation software, results can be easily processed and evaluated.
Additional equipment
A large range of accessories is available for the impact testing machine. This includes not only different swing hammers according to Izod and Charpy, but also multifunctional specimen holders and customised evaluation software.
Industrial safety
The pendulums in the impact testing machines of Hegewald & Peschke GmbH are triggered electrically. This feature is increasing the operator’s safety decisively, because it eliminates the necessity for him to reach into the test field. The protective enclosure protects the operator from splintering, flogging or exploding remnants.
