  • The universal testing machine Inspekt 600kN is an electromechanical traction-pressure testing machine in 4 columns building method and a free of clearance roller threaded spindle in the upper central inspection room. The drive is controled by a AC servo engine wich is appropriated for maximally 600 kN and a test stroke of 800 mm.

  • The inspection room was designed for a maximum sample lengths up to 2200mm between the tools and a sample width up to 600mm. The lower traverse table is height adjustable by an engine and in test position is automatically locked. The locking mechanism is supervised and is merged into the safety circuit run of the machine. The track for the bending support up to 1200mm are integrated in the traverse table .

  • The setting up and installation of the universal testing machine took place on a foundation in a pit built for it. The operational area of the universal testing machine is the testing of glass-fiber reinforced heavy current insulators in the electrical industry.
