The stacked Polystyrene samples will be added on the feeding conveyer (2200mm) and from there they will be conveyed to a 900 mm of height magazine to get isolated. In addition the data of the lowest sample are recorded by a bar code reader and transferred to the data base of the testing software. The recorded height of the sample will be used for the separation of samples. The unloaded sample is pushed by a linear drive onto a available scale (customer). After the weighting the samples will be moved by a linear drive to the test bench. With the recorded data from the bar-code-reader, the testing machine ist adjusted for directly conducting of pressure or bending tests. Testet Polystyrene samples will be disposed by compressed air and collected in a waste container behind the testing machine. A manual operation of the test equipment is possible without changes at the automation plant.

The rehearse-affecting wearing parts are economically exchangeable. To avoid an overstressing of the test pieces during the sample marking, a evenly pneumatic pressing of the marking stamp with a highest level of 1kN will be applied.
