The user-friendly machine guarantees easy standard and customer-specific testing at a convincing cost/performance ratio. The testing software LabMaster enables quick and reliable determination of results.
Load frame
The universal testing machine inspekt mini is supplied with a 3kN load frame. A DC-motor and a free from play pre-stressed ball screw spindle are responsible for driving the moving crosshead. A set of special bellows act as protection from excessive contamination.
Load measurement
Reliable load measurement in the inspekt mini is ensured with the help of a resistive wire strain measuring device. It is equipped with sensor plugs, which guarantee automatic detection of set-up and calibration parameters. Furthermore, the machine contains special electronic measuring equipment, which allows for class 1 measuring accuracy according to DIN EN ISO 7500 in the range of 0.8 to 100% nominal load. As an option, it is even possible to get class 0.5 measuring accuracy.
Measuring and controlling system
All elements of power supply, machine and motor control of the inspekt mini series are integrated in the table housing. This also includes a digital controller for the control of the machine and synchronous data acquisition. If a company needs additional data acquisition cards for special test procedures, these cards can simply be slid into the additional slots of the controller. The basic machine configuration already includes a load and a crosshead travel channel.
The inspekt mini testing machines can be used either in stand-alone mode (for simple test procedures) or with a PC. Communication with the PC is established with a USB or LAN port. In the stand-alone model, measured values are displayed on an integrated load-position-display. It is also possible to connect a commercial standard printer to the machine and print out measured values directly from the machine.
