Bosch Siemens Haushaltsgeräte GmbH invests in a testing machine from Hegewald & Peschke MPT GmbH for their Berlin technology center

Last month Hegewald & Peschke MPT GmbH delivered a universal testing machine of the type inspekt 20kN in a special version to the Berlin site of BSH Hausgeräte GmbH. This Berlin site with the technology center for laundry care was opened in 2011. It houses the worldwide development of washing machines and driers. Quality management is one of the most important areas. 
Instead of the common control container, the testing machine for this area is equipped with the smaller controller from Hegewald & Peschke. Also a standard safety door for operator protection is included.
This testing machine shall be used to test various types of washing drums. A plate with T-slots retains the devices under test, i.e. the washing drums, while they are tested for durability by compression tests. In addition to this sheet metal samples from washing drums are tested in tensile tests with extension sensor.
