The Austrian Pewag GmbH purchases Universal Testing Machine for testing snow chains

Last month Hegewald & Peschke MPT delivered a Universal Testing Machine of the type inspekt 250kN to Pewag Schneeketten GmbH. Respective snow chains shall be tested with this testing machine. Because the customer will built his own protective enclosure, the testing machine was delivered with the corresponding interfaces for expansion by the customer. These interfaces include the connecting hole pattern on the lower stationary crossbeam, the connecting hole on the load cell as well as the safety door switch integrated in the control system. The machine is equipped with impact protection mats from PVC to protect the bellows.
