In August, Hegewald & Peschke delivered an inspekt duo tensile testing machine configured specifically for use in dental technology. In the future, the customer will use it to determine material properties of polymers used in tooth replacement products. He will be able to test the entire sample range from thermosets to semi-crystalline thermoplastics and elastomers according to DIN 527, ASTM D638, ISO 37 and ASTM D412.
The universal testing machines of the inspekt duo series are particularly suitable for plastics tensile tests due to their test space height and configuration options.
