Hegewald & Peschke has now supplied a German car manufacturer with a test system that acts on the battery cells with 3 different types of load:
- thermal - via the temperature chamber
- mechanical - via the testing machine
- electrical - via the charging and discharging of the battery cell
The testing system comprises an inspekt 100 kN universal testing machine, which has been equipped with a special temperature chamber to simulate the ambient conditions. The LabMaster software is used to reliably and reproducibly map all parameters during the test sequence.
