With this universal hardness testing machine you will obtain reliable test results for the hardness testing methods according to Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell and Knoop. Depending on the test application and requirements, the universal hardness tester can be equipped for individual tests up to a fully automatic test sequence.
The universal hardness tester HPuniversal is available as 250, 750 and 3000 kp device with a electromotive load application. Contrary to the normally load application by weights, all standardised test loads can be realised in the case of HPuniversal and its design. The Vickers-Brinell impressions can optionally be manual or fully automatic measured. A electronic zoom objective makes changing of objectives unnecessary. If permanent changes of test methods are normally, we offer a powered revolver for objevtives and penetrators.
