Electrical switches and buttons are used in almost every electrical device, e.g. in nearly all domestic appliances.
By means of special devices it is possible to check the amount of force and path for actuating and releasing the buttons and for actuating the switches.
In order to exert different ranges of force, different load cells can be mounted at once, if necessary.
The force is checked via these load cells or via the voltage of a gauge adapted thereto. In doing so, the force is measured on the one hand when the switch/button is actuated and on the other hand when voltage increases again while releasing a button. Test leads for the switching signal are being connected to the switch/button, enabling a direct feedback of the signal in connection with the test procedure.
