Modernization of Instron® testing machines

We offer the modernization of universal testing machines independent of the manufacturer, i.e. we also bring your Instron testing machine up to the current state of the art. Our many years of experience and our wide range of high-quality components ensure the sustainable modernization of your Instron universal testing machine.

Depending on the condition of the testing machine, we retrofit it with a data acquisition system, renew the control unit and replace the drive technology.

Through modernization, we are on the one hand ensuring the supply of spare and wear parts for the next 10 years. On the other hand, the compatibility of the testing technology with current Windows operating systems is also ensured and the requirements for the digitization of test data are met. The data is recorded and evaluated with our LabMaster materials testing software and can be transferred to customer-specific database systems using the extensive export options.

Existing accessory components such as grips or extensometers can continue to be used in many cases.
