Modernization of Zwick® testing machines

We offer modernization of universal testing machines independently of the manufacturer, i.e. we will also bring your Zwick testing machine up to the latest state of the art. Depending on the condition of the testing machine, we will retrofit it with a data acquisition system, renew the control unit and replace the drive technology.

Modernization not only ensures the supply of spare and wear parts for the next 10 years. On the other hand, the compatibility of the testing technology with current Windows operating systems is also ensured and the requirements for the digitization of test data are met. The data is recorded and evaluated with our LabMaster materials testing software and can be transferred to customer-specific database systems using the extensive export options.
