Wire testing machine

The facility is used for bending fatigue tests according to DIN 51211 and ISO 7801 on wires with diameters of 0.3 - 10.0mm. The wire samples are bent with a 90° angle to the left and to the right. The lower end of the wire is clamped into a screw terminal and guided through a pair of bending rolls. The rolls ensure bending defined by the wire diameter. The upper end of the wire is clamped into a movable, motor-driven bending arm. The bending arm is driven by a servomotor. The testing facility is adjustable according to the standard indicated above.

The pair of bending rollers ensures a defined bending depending on the wire diameter. The bending roller pairs can be exchanged.
