Component testing machine inspekt vario

In component testing, complete components or individual parts of a product are tested according to defined standards and specifications. The testing of components includes their application safety, strength, formability, toughness and fatigue properties.

Hegewald & Peschke has developed the inspekt vario testing machine series especially for testing components of different sizes and shapes. Based on the proven technology of the inspekt testing machines, the inspekt vario is characterised above all by its flexibility. The testing machines have 2 backlash-free ball screws and 4 surface-hardened guide columns. The columns are intentionally not covered to guarantee a high degree of flexibility.

Features and advantages

Open Design

The open enables a high flexibility in terms of testing machine dimensions: test room depth and height can be adapted specifically to the component. The usable test room space is increased as there are no panelling limitations. In addition, the columns can be used for mounting accessories.

Various load levels and test room widths

  • 8 load levels as standard: 100 kN, 250 kN, 400 kN, 600 kN, 1200 kN, 1500 kN, 2000 kN, 2500 kN.
  • test room widths are variable and can be selected: 610 mm, 750 mm, 1000 mm 

Due to the modular design principle of the inspekt vario testing machine series, individual customer requirements can also be implemented in addition to series production.

The inspekt vario testing machine series is equipped with the LabMaster testing software, which enables user-friendly setup and execution of test sequences for customised tests. It includes all test modules (tensile, compression, bending and peel tests) at no extra cost, enabling both simple and complex test sequences to be carried out in compliance with standards. LabMaster guarantees fast and reliable determination of results and offers a high degree of flexibility when integrating external measuring devices. Data import and export for customised software such as QDAS or SAP is also possible.
