Universal testing machines from Hegewald & Peschke can be used as spring testing machines with the appropriate accessories. This testing system consists, for example, of a universal testing machine inspekt table 20kN, compression plates 20 kN with exchangeable mandrel for spring testing, two load cells (500 N and 20 kN) and the testing software LabMaster with the module stiffness correction. 

It is used for compression tests on compression and disc springs. Tests can be performed with a minimum test force of 5 N up to a maximum force of 10 kN. The length of the springs that can be tested with this spring testing machine is 7 mm to 626 mm, the diameter of the springs is 2.5 mm to a maximum of 22.5 mm.
