Tensile, compression and bending tests on ceramic components

The universal testing machine inspekt table 50kN enables reliable and flexible tensile, compression and bending tests on ceramic specimens and components. Automotive suppliers use the testing machine from Hegewald & Peschke MPT GmbH to meet quality requirements. With a 3- or 4-point bending device and a second load cell witha nominal load (tensile/compression) of up to 1kN, the inspekt table 50kN also conducts bending tests with an integrated deflection measurement system. The accuracy of the load measuring range is in accordance with DIN 51221 class 1, EN 10002-2, ASTM E4 as well as ISO 7500 class 1. 
The testing machine is delivered with the software LabMaster and a data acquisition rate of 1kHz containing the  modules  tensile, compression, bending test and the block programming function as well as the  data export function.
