Testing of furniture

The furniture testing fields and test benches in the Calmar series from Hegewald & Peschke have been specially developed for the mechanical and functional testing of furniture and furniture components. Whether seating furniture, beds, or fittings—the modular testing systems allow load, endurance, and functional tests to be carried out realistically in accordance with national and international standards.

Thanks to flexibly positionable electric or pneumatic test axes and intuitive control via PLC or the CalMaster test software, test sequences can be individually adapted and executed automatically. This results in efficient, reproducible, and standard-compliant test processes for development, quality assurance, and series testing in the furniture industry.
