For sleeping furniture testing, Hegewald & Peschke offers specialized calmar testing systems for the standard-compliant testing of beds, slatted frames, mattresses, and spring cores. With special test rollers, pressure stamps, and hardness measuring axes, load tests can be performed in accordance with EN 1957, EN 1725, or ISO 3386. The systems enable continuous load, fatigue, and hardness tests under realistic conditions – including precise recording of force, displacement, and deformation data. The combination of servo-electric axes, precise measurement technology, and intuitive software control guarantees maximum reproducibility and significance of the test results.
