Testing technology for aerospace

In aerospace, maximum lightweight construction and the highest material quality are crucial. Materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP), sandwich structures, and high-performance metals must prove themselves in demanding, standard-compliant testing procedures. Hegewald & Peschke offers precise and flexibly configurable testing systems for this purpose.

Our universal testing machines with integrable temperature control chambers or high-temperature furnaces enable tensile, compression, bending, and peel tests on components made of aluminum, steel, or composite materials, depending on the design, at temperatures ranging from -70°C to +1200°C. Thanks to the expandable test chamber and T-groove plate, even large-format components can be tested safely and efficiently.
