Our testing systems and accessories are of the highest quality standards. Nevertheless, it is strongly recommended to arrange for regular maintenance in order to ensure a long lifespan.
Maintenance not only includes cleaning, greasing and adjustments, but also an inspection of the bearings’ ability to run and of possible wear. Additionally, our service staff substitutes worn parts, calibrates the machine and tests its functionality in order to ensure that the testing machine is fit for any future testing tasks. If there are problems, our service staff is glad to give advice.
Maintenance work can be arranged flexibly. However, there is also the possibility to close a maintenance contract with different maintenance intervals. And if the customer is looking for the full service package it is also possible to close an additional software maintenance contract with support from a software specialist at Hegewald & Peschke MPT GmbH. The software maintenance package includes data base maintenance, parameterisation and support via remote maintenance, as well as regular software updates. With the full service maintenance package any testing system is optimally maintained with as much convenience as possible for the customer.
