LabMaster and CalMaster are comprehensive yet easy-to-understand and intuitive tools for material testing, furniture and component testing, with a user interface, which is orientated on the Windows® layout. Nevertheless, questions may arise in daily use about the functions of testing technology and operating software, or when solving application tasks or configuring the testing system according to customer-specific requirements. In this case, Hegewald & Peschke is at the customer's side with its free application service.
The Hegewald & Peschke application service for your testing machine
includes support by telephone and remote access:
- for changes and parameterization of existing test sequences
- for questions regarding functionality and operation
- problems with the hardware (e.g. extensometer, terminals, PC technology)
- for questions regarding evaluation and finding results
- in solving problems caused by unusual events (test abortions, emergency shutdowns)
- when setting up inspection logs and data outputs
The service does not include:
- Data backup, creation of a new database
- Norm discussions
- Update costs
- Training of a vacation replacement
- Problems with local PC configuration, software programs
- Problems in the local network/data export/import
