The inspekt 100kN universal testing machine conducts tensile and compression tests on different metals with a capacity of up to 100kN. The testing machine is equipped with a second testing room (100kN) and incorporates a furnace with a special holding unit for up to three high temperature furnaces. The motorized high temperature extensometer, the universal specimen holders and extensive accessories for the adaptation of high temperature tensile pullrods and high temperature compression plates make the inspekt 100kN/100kN a reliable and individually configurable testing system for the high temperature testing of metals. 

LabMaster – a special software from Hegewald & Peschke MPT GmbH – is available for detailed and reliable data acquisition and analysis. The range of functions includes the metal tensile test, compression test, block program, a print-to-word function plus the additional Steady Rise software for the control and analysis of the high temperature furnace modules. In addition, customer-specific special programs can be implemented for the load, strain and temperature calibration  as well as special data export functions.<//b>
