Testing Software LabMaster from Hegewald & Peschke

LabMaster is the universal material testing software from Hegewald & Peschke, specially developed in-house for material and component testing.

  • With over 25 years of experience, it is perfectly tailored to the testing machine and is continuously adapted to technical advancements and the development of testing standards. User feedback ensures that the testing software is always up-to-date and aligns with user needs and new standards.
  • Thanks to our in-house expertise, specific customer requirements for parameterization, evaluation, or data export and import can be implemented individually.
  • The specialization of our LabMaster testing software results in a clear and consistent user interface that guarantees safe and efficient testing—whether for everyday quality assurance or constantly evolving tasks in research and development.

Quality Assurance

In daily quality assurance, standardized, compliant, and recurring testing procedures are prioritized, which need to be executed quickly and easily.

To facilitate this, LabMaster offers the option to preconfigure testing procedures individually using the test assistant (Link). This allows the software to be prepared for the user in such a way that only the necessary input windows need to be operated, with supportive information provided to help them efficiently complete their testing tasks. Additionally, all samples can be pre-measured and entered into the system, allowing them to be sorted and tested in advance via a sample rack.

Research & Development

In research and development, new samples are frequently tested according to various, sometimes complex, testing methods. This requires a high degree of flexibility and customization in both parameter settings and testing procedures.

LabMaster includes a "Block Program" (Link) function that meets these exact needs. It allows for the definition of complete testing sequences with movement commands that can be easily entered in menu windows. Additionally, the tester has full control over the testing process through the monitoring of detailed abort criteria. This enables the execution of cyclic tests, relaxation and creep tests, or fracture mechanics tests.

The Block Program is always included in LabMaster, so there is no need to purchase additional modules for complex tests.

Tailored to Your Testing Needs

Your Advantage – Our Contribution: LabMaster is pre-configured specifically for your testing requirements, sample standards, or specimen types. This allows us to focus on training you with the testing system and addressing any of your questions immediately after delivery and installation, ensuring that you are fully prepared to begin independent testing right away.

Would you like to make adjustments to standards or add new testing standards later?

No problem! LabMaster’s open design allows for a freely configurable testing process, enabling you to usually make changes independently without purchasing additional modules. Should you have any questions, our application support team is always available to assist you.

LabMaster also offers great flexibility in integrating external devices, importing and exporting data, and data storage. A clear user management system with the ability to set different user profiles ensures seamless integration of the testing software into daily operations.

LabMaster is delivered without a software dongle. Companies can install and use the software and the associated SQL databases on any number of computers. This saves time and costs associated with acquiring and managing license keys.

All-in-one solution for your test tasks

With LabMaster, users have access to comprehensive software that includes all testing modules (such as tensile, compression, bending, peel, and torsion modules), eliminating the need to purchase additional standards. The corresponding modular system, consisting of various extension modules, allows users to select the appropriate modules to perform the following types of tests, among others:

  • Tensile tests
  • Shear tests
  • Compression tests
  • Bending tests
  • Pull-off, peel, and separation tests
  • Shearing tests
  • Torsion tests
  • Calibration tests
  • Freely definable complex test sequences

Efficient Test Processes through Flexible Data Handling

When exporting, data from component or material testing can be written into the existing quality assurance system or customized formats. The output of results and statistics in selected file formats, the storage of diagrams, and the saving of real-time data in a configurable ASCII file are already included in the standard scope of LabMaster. Target systems can include SAP®, Microsoft Access®, Excel®, LIMS, or custom interfaces.

Additionally, the protocol editor allows for data preparation within LabMaster and the integration of image formats. The reports can then be exported as varios file formats.

This allows you to seamlessly integrate LabMaster into your daily workflows.

A Special Kind of Service

With LabMaster, you not only receive software but also our exceptional service, which goes beyond just fast and accurate processing of requests. We provide users with free consultation for setting up tests according to specific standards.

Instead of a paid service hotline, we offer a qualified point of contact through our application support.
