Hegewald & Peschke offers its customers a wide range of services relating to testing technology and testing software.
When purchasing a testing system, we deliver the testing machines to our customers, install them and instruct the personnel on site. As part of a maintenance contract, we also offer machine calibration, visual inspections, cleaning and lubrication.
Our hotline provides you with additional service for the delivery of spare parts, the replacement of wearing parts or the repair of the machine by our service technicians.
We support our customers with a free software service over the entire life cycle of the testing machine. This includes telephone support or remote maintenance, e.g. for changes and parameterisation of existing test sequences, questions about functionality and operation or problems with the hardware.
We also offer an extended scope of services for the software as part of a software maintenance contract. This includes annual maintenance, database maintenance and development, data backup, software updates and training.
Hegewald & Peschke offers comprehensive and personalised advice. We are happy to answer questions about hardware and software and find the right solution for any testing requirements. If required, we are also happy to advise customers on the realisation of special requests.
In addition, we offer training in the use of our testing technology and software. The training courses can be held at Hegewald & Peschke or at the customer's premises. Participants learn how to use the machine and software and receive a certificate for their performance at the end of each training course.
Wir bieten Bauteil- und Werkstoffprüfungen an, die im Kundenauftrag durch unser erfahrenes Fachpersonal zeitnah und normgerecht durchgeführt werden. Diese Lohnprüfung ist vor allem dann sinnvoll, wenn sich die Anschaffung einer eigenen Prüfmaschine für ein Unternehmen nicht rentiert, weil z. B. die produzierten Stückzahlen zu niedrig sind.
