Universal testing machine inspekt duo

The inspekt duo is a versatile two-spindle testing machine for test loads of 5 to 10 kN. It is a further development of the inspekt table blue series from Hegewald & Peschke.

The inspekt duo machine series is ergonomically designed. Characteristic features include the large base plate, which allows the connection of peripheral devices such as extensometers, as well as the coupling of a tool tray and the equipment with protective doors. This guarantees use in harsh production environments as well as in sterile laboratories. The LabMaster materials testing software is available for fast and reliable evaluation of test results.

Fields of application

As a cost-optimized table-top device of low weight, it is suitable for both simple and customer-specific tensile, compression and bending tests on a wide variety of materials, including wires, plastics, elastomers, paper, cardboard, food, hygiene articles, textiles, springs and wood. The inspekt Duo universal testing machine is also used for component testing, including cyclic testing of electronic components such as plugs and switches, as well as medical products such as syringes.

Within furniture and component testing, the inspekt duo can be used, for example, for pull-out tests on screws from upholstery supports. It is also very well suited for universal foam tests, compression tests on furniture components and standard tensile tests on textiles.

Load frame and test chamber height 

The two-spindle universal testing machine inspekt duo has two backlash-free ball screws in H-frame design with spindle protection and innovative brushless drive motor. The newly developed testing machine is available in two different test chamber heights and can thus be optimally adapted to individual requirements.
